Looking for genuine suggestion
I have a quick question about the change of status. I am in F-1 Status and if I do a court marriage with a TPS holder? Can I apply with USCIS and get a change of my status? Will my status change with his status? Would I get Work Authorization | TPS status?
FYI: I was not here before 2016.
