@chicagoan- maybe it affected him in a different way but then if he hadn't filed the lawsuit then the people who are on TPS would have lost their only means of living and working here in USA. Yes there are other ways too but for other Nepalis who were out of status, TPS has been a blessing. They are able to work and travel back to visit their family.

Trust me the auto extension has helped me and other Nepalese with TPS in so many ways. I've been able to send money back to my family to build my house from scratch which was in a very bad state after the aftershock. So let's just hope that TPS for Nepal gets extended because Nepal still gets frequent earthquakes ranging from 4+ magnitude.
