No one is desperate to help and nothing is free. I have seen many people (specially the recent grads in different fields or people from consultancy with few months training) struggling so much and reaching out to some Indian to help my fellow brothers and sisters

There are 1000s of other companies who also have 1000s of experienced engineers. People who does not work at FAANG does not mean they are not experienced. I hope you're are an experienced FAANG engineer :)

I have been doing this for last few years as a side hustle and I have made many friends doing so. Then started adding folks who are interested so now we're group of 5 people in US and some in Nepal

I don't normally reply/deal with people with so much negativity. I just wish them good luck and get out of so much negative thoughts. FYI, I have MS in CS from one of the reputed university in US and my wife is not in IT domain.
