There are some basic questions that need to be asked first:
- Was the assumed victim's body biologically not developed enough to withstand a sexual encounter?
- Were her clothes torn and/or skin bruised?
- Was she drugged or was it simply a date-rape that other mammals have been engaging in for millions of years?
- Was she forcefully dragged into the Ho-tel room?
- Did she not find the expensive outing and dining not up to expectation?

( One of the issues with modern Nepalese in and outside Nepal is that there are way too many with educational knowledge but few with common sense. For example, if you observe urban infrastructure development in Nepal nowadays, you can see them modeled on those around sprawling American suburbia. That solution is akin to trying to fit a square peg into a round hole because our hilly country just does not have vast expanse of land suitable for developing new real estate sites thus have to encroach on existing farmlands prone to annual Monsoon floods. Moreover, not every solution offered by Western Capitalistic society can replace practices we inherited from our ancestors. )
