I felt like I was alien in my own town when I visited last year after like 3 years gap. Saw few old neighbour's and its just them.They alternate their time abroad and ktm for like every 3, 4 months. Horrendous traffic, uncontrolled urbanization that has reached up to base of valley hills , restaurants everywhere, not a single roadside house without shutters , not a single house without rent and mass of ppl everywhere. The only one thing that's not changed is nepali politicians. We still have Shere , Makune, Prachande, Oli, Baburam fighting for government as always. The biggest tragedy is they still winning in election and no party can rule its full term.
