Shekhar143 ji have you had chance to look at yourself in the mirror? I really want to see how good you look and how old are you? You sound like 12 year old but I am sure you look like 40 year old. I agree that it's important to workout not just to look good but to stay fit. That being said, do all the neplaese men go out to the gym and have flawless skin and 6 pack abs. Also Instagram ko models have filters, makeup, they use fillers. I bet you if you make so much money and treat your wife/ girlfriend like princess and make sure they only have to go to gym and not do any other work, they'll be as good as those models.
