BTW u r right you don't write CHEF in front of your name becoz it doesn't sound that great and you don't even want that, Dr. and Sir are an honour given to the Name and its been common practice all over the world, you can't discard it anyway. So far I know Dr. Bikash doesn't claim his superiority over anybody else.
