I take you as a fully aware person who knows the meaning of "incentive".
As you know there are enough people already who are anti-vaccination, for some people who have not made up their minds yet, these "incentives" can work because they need money for various motives known to them only.
As for my case, I received $80 at work (wish it was $200!) for getting vaccinated and that made my day if you ask me. I am not going to think 1000 times if I should have or not got vaccinated, because there are so many other things in my life that I need to worry as of now.
