@echo bro I know what you are saying. But reality is sob story sells in American politics. And let’s face it, if all immigrants followed the spirit of the immigration law, 95 percent of people who naturalized in last 40 years don’t deserve it. Even Americans know this and they love the steady stream of cheap labor so they turn blind eye to it.

While you are correct in your specifc point about Adhikaar, for me they are the only org fighting for 10,000 Nepali TPS recipients so in the big picture I support them. They helped Nepal get TPS in the first place so the tactic they are using worked in the past. For me, the end justifies the means.
