Ok, but I don't think it's only friend who gets his visa rejected because some shit head caucasian believes that all Nepali comes to US to overstay in there visa. You surely don't want to live with such impression right ?
I tried doing some research and even emailed to US embassy Nepal. They even seems to be misleading poor nepal fellow about the transparency of Visa success rate literally no record as per them. My assumption would be 85-90% Nepali gets there visa rejected because they seems to believe that those people would end up like other Nepali living in States filing asylum or asking for tps extension.
