EU just gave $1 mil.... Are they for real? Are u sure? I would imagine, being such a big union of wealthy countries, they would dish out a lil more for fellow human being in difficulty. America le ta tannai dincha hola. Hoki ke ho. Judging by the size and arthik awasta of different countries, Nepal certainly comes on top:)...
