Thanks S in S for your valuable input.
Isn't it more about who is eligible than who has higher eligibility when it comes to TPS designation or approval.
Of the 14, 000 eligible Nepalese who has been approved for TPS, I thought nobody is ranking them which one of these people have higher eligibility than others.
In the same way, of the several countries that were approved TPS; nobody is ranking them which countries have higher eligibility:
I thought it was more like "All or None law" ie whether you are eligible or not eligible.
In case I am not right, it would be interesting to know why Haiti has higher eligibility than Nepal or any other countries, ie what are the criteria for higher eligibility for TPS in USA or what in the current Critical Race Theory and Equity gives Haiti Higher eligibility ranking?
This is important for the people of Nepal because it will help us understand how practical is our optimism or hope for TPS and plan accordingly, please help us understand
