In my personal view, the Brahmin rule is clealry not working anymore. We have seen more than enough Brahmin leaders in Nepal. Not only that, we saw the Brahmin rule in India during the Nehru dynasty rule. I think Brahmins were educated in Sasthra and Dharma, but they lacked the Labour experience. We see a lot of young Nepali people are labouring in the forgein countries. I think the leadership seems to be lacking in vision when it comes to managing this young labour force for the development of the country. China learned to manage their labor force some 30 years ago.
So I think a dalit executive may be able to manage the Labour force better. Dalits have been the working class in our society for centuries. They have labour experience in their blood. That hands on experience with a good management skills can really change the game in the country.
I appreciate our Bahun leadership for giving us democracy. Now, it time for economic development! And, I believe dalits may be better suited to manage the working people.
