Having a TPS does NOT qualified for Adjustment of Status according to the American Dream and Promise Act of 2021
or they need to take this language out..
with a designation under subsection (b) of section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1254a(b)) on January 1, 2017, who had or was otherwise eligible for temporary protected status on such date notwithstanding subsections
