Go  for a walk atleast 1 hr everyday. Don’t drink too much . Drinking is not the solution it’s just an excuse . Try to be patience.. meditation and baba Ramdev yoga posture would somehow help. Don’t overthink . And don’t forget to chant All IS WELL.
