I travelled to Nepal last November. I had 1 hr 15 min transit and I had more than enough time to catch flight to Nepal. I waited almost 45 min before I boarded the plane to nepal.
My flight to Doha landed on time. It took less time to come out of plane as the crowd was less, but I was walking fast. And didnt wastage time in security.
