I understand the time and circumstances. The good news is Trump is OUT and Covid Vaccines will be Rollout in larger quantities by April | May 2021. Flights will be normal as long as I have proof that I took the vaccine and I am not vulnerable. Waiting for Georgia Senate election to see who controls the senate also and Whats Biden 100 days plan for TPS and how progressive agenda is implemented. The timelines are around April but won't mind traveling around June | July before August as in the case of my friend.
Any suggestion on document Prep. I think there is no harm in applying. Booking the ticket and traveling is around April and May so until and unless circumstances change.
What do u think? If the Senate is Controlled then the October date might get pushed back by bills rather than Court.
