One of My friends was asking for this and I thought of sharing with all of you so that I could give him a better suggestion.
I have a couple of quick questions about Advance Parole. Never Applied but I have TPS that was expiring Jan 4th 2021. Now after Auto Extension I am planning to make travel back home for a short trip around April 2021. Can someone please give me updates, documents, or any suggestion to prepare or things I should consider before sending the documents to USCIS.
I am also waiting for Jan 5th Special Election Runoff before making any special travel plan.
I am a little worried as Court can decide before October 4th to terminate early if I am in the middle of a Trip or out of the Country.
What would be the best way to make a trip without screwing anything. Safe and better options.
