The law and order means the law of land applies to everyone equally without discrimination. Unfortunately, we haven't reached their yet because people have person bias based on race. We definitely don't want "us vs them" situation just like in Tulsa case. Or, Nabaraj BK case in Nepal - upper caster vs dalit.

Black men got to vote before women. Everyone got to vote in the US after the Civil rights movement in 70s. The fight for equality is still going on. It gives me peace that economic equality is possible without bloodshed like in the past. China is a good example. Creating material goods is not hard in today's age. They are mostly plastic.
