My petition for Fiance visa (I-129f) was approved on June. I was waiting from NVC to give me a letter to apply for visa in Nepal. Its been 4 months already and nothing has happened. I had called NVC and they said Nepal Consulate has to request for document and then only I would be able to apply for visa. Nepal ko embassy contact number is not responsive for follow up. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any suggestion?
