Hi I am looking to move to North Carolina permanently and I still have few months before I go to North Carolina. I was wondering how difficult is it to transfer the license from New York board to North Carolina board. As part of NY exam eligibility, I had gone through CGFNS CVS certification. Does anyone know if CES certification is also required to transfer the license by endorsement?
