Wow..what kind of statement that is from the OP! I don't know what kind of Italians you have met, but all those i have come in contact with are nice, helpful, amazing people. Maybe you watch too much TV.
And i don't know why people bring up Dr Fauci's Italian heritage. His forefathers came to this country in the 1890s. He is an American through and through. More importantly, he is a good human and a good doctor at that.
I wonder how we will feel if someone generalizes all of us Nepalese in some way. We have bad maobadi Nepali, corrupt Neta Nepali but majority of us are hard working Nepali. If someone says "Nepali bhayera pani maobadi nahunu, thug Neta nahunu afain ma anoutho ho" , we will definitely feel hurt and angry.
