In either condition having a 140 point inspection highly recommended . If a used car, I wont spend anything more that 5k because used cars are ultimate money pit especially those who has 70k miles or more in it . If I have good credit score I'll buy new car which cost me nothing to repair for 10 years down the line . Or at least I'll buy a leased car
