If you already have an undergrad, the short and simple answer is you dont get any financial help from fed other than loan. Your uni maybe ablento give u some teaching or research assistance aid but u have tobreach out to your university. Its 3 years rougly around 50 k and 200 k of opportunity cost for nothing. No one cares about ur degree in IT these days
