As per the US Embassy in Nepal, International flights to/from Nepal are suspended till end of June. I would confirm with an individual airline carrier before booking.
BTW, International travelers might need documentation of being Covid-negative. Check the website of Department of State for facts.
I hear India has already opened international flights as of now.
