Nas you may have dissected my statement a little too much perhaps. I never said private profit oriented corporations are bad. I do however agree with everything else you said :)

What I have issue with is when these private profit oriented corporations influence world health policies which will end up affecting you and me. Qualified individuals should be involved in creating health policies not profit oriented corporations whose main goal will be making their own profit.
