I think it would affect overall cases which would lead to GC houna ra. AOS pani ta path to GC nai ho ni. Or it's just whoever its outside. I thought sabai GC processing would be on halt regardless of inside or outside the country including i140, AoS even I see OPT and H1bs would get tough to be getting approved.
