killing scott peterson is not going to bring back his wife n his unborn kid to life. death penalty sounds really scary n harsh. especially coming from nepal where "officially" ppl arent sentenced to death. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. and sometimes the forces of nature work against you and you run into sheer bad luck. it could be the case in scott peterson or he could be a down right cold blooded murderer. until n unless someone actually witnessed such murder cases no one actually knows but the murderer, the victim and god(i guess). thats the sad part. no matter how advanced technology has become, the discoveries in forensic science... karma is one step ahead. death penalty should not be an option. i am sure the Laci peterson's family would find it just to have scott killed. an eye for n eye i guess. he should be punished, not killed.
