Its very difficult to predict what the future holds for oil stocks, it is still a fluid situation. Oil price cannot be this cheap forever, it hurts everyone even Saudis and Russia (especially hurts them more besides USA), so it is bound to make a comeback. Even Trump said he will get involved at approporiate time but I was wondering why do you want to invest in oil now when there are many good companies like Microsoft, Apple, Intel, Boeing and many more at a bargain. Just my two cents, hell I don't know what I am saying but it is just a opinion.
