Same with me. I applied on June and it still on pending. I called them and ask about it and they said that they are still processing and I'll just have to wait till my turn comes. It does not make any sense because two of my friends who applied on Dec, 2019 got their new EAD, TPS and travel doc in less than 3 weeks.
