@atomic is 100% right. Everyone has to follow the rules, and the rules are you must take the jacket and put it through the metal detectors. The lady officer has instructed everyone to remove their jackets and Astha is really angry, you can clearly see in the video. She was late so she wanted the officer to break the rule and allow her through with her jackets and coffee in hand. Imagine the same scenario if she was in the USA or foreign country and the TSA officer telling her to remove her jackets and coffee. She would say yes sir/mam with a smile on her face then remove the jackets, dispose of her coffee in the trash and said have a great day after the checking was over.

We have to remember that the officer at the checkpoint is not there to please the passengers. They are present in order to make the whole security process fast and smooth. They have to process a lot of people and really quick. Even TSA agents here in the USA get really annoyed even if you are 5 seconds late to react. I've seen a lot of cops in Nepal make mistake but I think Asta is on the wrong side of this one. And if your Mama is a cop doesn't mean you respect cops after that rant, it's just like saying I'm not a racist coz I have a black friend.
