She does say that she is not blaming the whole police force but only the few rude and condescending officers on the bottom who dont k ow how to talk to public who they actually work for. She even goes out saying her mama kaka etc are in police too and they should have taught them how to appear politely with general public when these root labels or front facing officers get trained. I think she is mad for rude and condescending tone the lady officer was talking to her not for having to take her jacket off. I think she would have no problems to take her jacket off of she officer was polite and courteous. This is all I gather from her video but I maybe wrong .
