"and will shortly be dispatched" this means they will send your passport with/without visa visa first class courier.

( Note : getting UK visa is not much exciting these days, even people from nepal easily get uk visa like they get thailand visa for vacation , if u have more than 6 months of US visa u will surely get UK visa, but if u dont have US visa in passport ur chances are really thin , keep in mind U must have to have a valid at least 6 month US visa in order to get uk visa, if u dnt, u have to apply from nepal, unlike USA, Uk will not honor ur legal status if u only have valid ds, i20 ,tps ead etct , for UK ,valid status means u must have unexpired visa in passport ) your chances of getting or not getting visa will be solely depend upon ur valid unexpired US visa )
