I went india last year with pending asylum and came back to USA without any hassles with TPS advance parole. Please not that TPS is a status so there will not be any issue if you travel through AP. At POE, officer will take you in a secondary room for parole stamp and you have to wait around 10-15 minutes depending upon busy. Good luck and safe flight to Nepal.
