I had to convince my director of HR. I just printed the the notice from USCIS and explained it to him as a back up I also had a immigration lawyer to write a letter saying that USCIS notice is valid but I didn't need to use it. HR jst accepted the print out from USCIS website. Hopefully your company will accept it too.
