update: tps EAD : called customer service

Hi, I called USCIS customer service and they said they can't see any action or record about the case. I checked the tracking number and it has been delivered. I told them I didn't receive a text message and receipt, and they asked me to email and open an account online. Has anyone opened an account or email? Please let me know.
