Hi Everybody,
I got my OPT extended on Feb 9, 2019. So, as per the SEVIS portal, the college has to prepare the address and employment update report every six months. So, mine is due on the 1st week of August. My college DSO has refused to update Sevis as she told me that I cannot work in the client place.
I consulted my employer immigration department, they told me that I can work in the third party place and even send the USCIS link to the DSO which states that I can work at the third party place, but she still refuses to update my SEVIS.
Any suggestions, how can I move forward?
