I'm in the same situation. I have approved TPS and EAD from previous TPS application but I didn't file for TPS in 2018 since I had OPT. I'll be filling in a few days. I know I have to have a letter explaining why I didn't file last time. Any suggestions regarding the letter and the process would be helpful.
