It passed the House Judiciary and it will definitely pass the Chamber too. However, GOP controlled senate will be a big hurdle. Its up to Mitch McConnell whether to go forward with the solution or to kill the bill . I think they will come to a common bipartisan consensus where funding the wall would be a key question.
