I'm scheduled to start a new job next month but have not received my OPT yet. Based on processing times on trackitt, it looks like some cases have been pending for over 100 days.

Has anyone used the TPS federal notice to show employment authorization? Did you run into problems with HR?

This probably wouldn't be an issue if I had an EAD card in hand but having an expired TPS EAD card with auto renewal notice could be a problem?
