I have it from a good source that MR Shambu KC is out of jail after serving his time(not sure how many years). He was able to get a passport & got approved for US visa. He is currently in US with his Jwai & Chori.
I find it astounding that the Govt would issue new passport to some one like him. Same with US embassy issuing him Visa.
