Three men have been charged after a violent brawl in Sydney's CBD this morning.
Emergency services rushed to George Street near Park Street just after midnight following reports a fight had broken out amongst two groups of young men.
Police who attended the scene were told that two men, aged 21 and 23, crossed paths with another two men aged 22 and 25 and an argument began.
That argument resulted in a physical altercation that left three men injured.
One of the charged men, 21-year-old Sean Skudder, was handcuffed and taken into police custody after allegedly punching 22-year-old Anish Shahi so forcefully he was left with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain.
Skudder's older brother Teejay was also hospitalised after allegedly being attacked with a box cutter by 25-year-old Nepalese national Marak Limbu.
Both Skudder brothers were granted bail today and Limbu remains in custody.
The injured men were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics, before two were taken to St Vincent’s Hospital for further treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Sean Skudder has been charged with affray and recklessly inflict grievous bodily harm.
Limbu has been charged with affray and reckless wounding.
