I don’t belong from either of the places. I don’t care which is the best. As an outsider I think Bhaktapur is well managed and definitely showcases the true meaning of Nepal- Historic and Religious. In Patan, Kathmandu and Lalitpur these days all you see are typical Nepali village people migrated from four corners of the country. Nothing looks religious and historic except Red plaid shirt and choose pant that Nepali Village guys wear as a national dress.
