You are absolutely correct...Edward Chen, a federal judge of 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Northern district of California was the federal judge, who granted preliminary injunction to all 4 TPS countries El Salvador, Haiti , Nicaragua, Sudan...So Adhikaar is planning to file a lawsuit for the TPS 4 Nepal with the co ordination with Honduras, they are collaborating with National TPS Alliance, NDLON, ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) to file in the same federal court in the Northern district of California.

In this regard, they are searching for plaintiffs to file a lawsuit TPS 4 Nepal, so Nepal and Honduras could be granted preliminary injunction as well, which would help to extend TPS beyond June 24,2019 deadline of TPS for Nepal. If Nepal and Honduras is granted preliminary injunction , it would be extended until the final ruling is granted by the federal judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals...
