Hi there,
My F1 visa expired in Dec 2015, but have applied for TPS in November 2015. The TPS application was approved only in August 2016. Am I in lawful status between Dec 2015- August 2016 when my application was pending? Or does it mean that I did not have a lawful status in that period?
