I don’t know details, nor do it know anyone directly here. I haven’t even used any Nepali lawyer in US yet. But I know it is common practice among immigrant to screwup new immigrant to make money. Indians , Nepali , Mexicans all are in same boat. So I will trust OP but not ynepal dude and stay from them if I ever have to use lawyer in future .
