Two choices - 1. try talking to him, try being friendly, ask if he has any problems with you, 2. ignore him, deal with him only if/when you have to. jealous and arrogant lowlifes like him are not worth your time. and this is what I do most of the time, unless it's someone I care about want , in which case i go no. 1
