For USCIS, you withdrew asylum application and traveled to Nepal because you do not feel your life is at risk anymore. So there is no issue at all. USCIS understands that you feel no future prosecution in Nepal. that is all. Nothing to worry at all.
TPS was granted by USCIS so again no issue at all for you.
You got conditional green card, again, USCIS provided you that. So no issue for you at all.
Just travel, do not worry at all. Nothing is going to happen to you. You can surely return to the US without any hassle.
People who were illegal for several years, who had entered USA illegally, once had TPS, traveled to Nepal with AP and came back without any issue.
