This is abuse. He should have thought twice before doing this. I dont want my family to get abused like this no matter what kind of medical problem they have. No one deserve this. No matter what the story behind this, its the nepali guy's fault n i m sure he will spend some times in jail or get deported. I have been in healthcare field for abt 7 yrs n seen worse. He is just stupid n stupidity has no boundaries..
