Hello all,
I have a situation. May be some of the people here might have been through the same situation. I did my marketing from Consultancy A. To avoid the CAP GAP I kept consultancy A as my employer from Day 1 of OPT. My marketing went on and on. Then came time to extend my STEM OPT so i used Consultancy A. Waited for my OPT card but by the time I received by card, i got the job from consultancy B. In the mean time with the fear of additional hassel for paperwork I did not mentioned it to my school or updated my employer information to school. Now, school has some forms needed to be submitted in timely basis 6mths, and 12 mths and so on, I cannot use Consultancy A. Aba would school create a issue after i update my employer information. It says have to update employer information within 10 days. Kasaiko yesto bhako cha ?
